Edged by beautiful white sandy beaches with spectacular views of the Moray Firth, Nairn is one of Scotland’s most attractive holiday destinations all year round. Summer visitors enjoy spectacular sunsets, gently lapping waves and sea birds circling overhead. While winter reveals frost lined trees, snow capped mountains and stormy breakers crashing on the shore.

Nairn has a host of amenities for visitors. It is a centre of golfing excellence with two championship golf courses. With a pretty harbour, leisure park, swimming pool, theatre and fine shops, it is ideal for boat trips, fishing, shopping and walking.

It overlooks Nairn's Central Beach and the open grass area known as "The Links". It is 2 minutes walk from the town centre and a short distance from the Bus and Train Stations.

By Road: Easy access is by the A96 (the main trunk road between Inverness and Aberdeen). Nairn is 20 minutes drive from Inverness and 35 minutes drive from Elgin. From Inverness direction, on entering Nairn, continue on main road until mini roundabout. Turn left onto Marine Road. Hotel is 100 yards on left hand side. From Aberdeen/Elgin direction, on entering Nairn, continue on main road until mini roundabout. Continue straight ahead onto Marine Road. Hotel is 100 yards on left hand side.

By Rail: Nairn train station is on the main rail route between Inverness and Aberdeen. The station is a short drive or 20 minute walk from the hotel. Taxis are normally available at the station. On exiting train station continue ahead past Post Office and Classroom restaurant into town. Turn left (one way system). Move into right hand lane and turn right at traffic lights onto A96. (Follow directions from Inverness by road as above)

By Air: Inverness airport is only 15 minutes from Nairn with regular flights from London, Glasgow and Edinburgh. If driving from the Airport, follow directions above as from Inverness by road.
